Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. If canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled service, the deposit fee equal to 50% of the total service cost will become non-refundable.

A 50% deposit of the total service fee is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon completion of services. Accepted payment methods include cash and Venmo.

Clients are responsible for supplying all necessary provisions for pets, including food, medications, litter, waste bags, and any other essential care items.

All pets in the household must be included in the service agreement and paid for accordingly, regardless of which pet the service was initially booked for. This ensures every animal receives appropriate care and accountability.

For your pet’s safety, accurate primary and secondary emergency contact details are required. This ensures someone can be reached in case of unforeseen circumstances.
